Connect Appointments is currently looking for a Class 1 Tipper Driver - Tramping to join their team in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. This is a Contract position offering £31k - £54k, ideal for professional drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a well-established operation.

Job Description
Connect Appointments is recruiting a Class 1 Tipper Driver to join our Hamilton-based client on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with immediate starts available. This is a Monday to Friday tramping role - you'll head out on Monday completing various deliveries across the UK, returning on Friday. Walking floor experience is preferred but not essential. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
