Job Description

We are recruiting for a new parcel distribution company that is opening in Park Royal. They are looking for Class 1 trucking drivers to work on a 12 week temp to perm basis. The work involves trunk running from depot to depot 1/2 drops. Often just drop and swap the trailer or trailer is unloaded by the client. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
