Job Description

HGV1 Class 1 Night Drivers required Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE Night Drivers to work out of our client’s site in Elmsall on an ongoing basis. For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / CE Driver role, you will be responsible for: * Driving a boxed heavy goods vehicle. * Completing a combination of store and trunk runs to DCs across the UK. * Moving pallets to the back of the truck. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
