Job Description
Class 1 Driver Location : Cullompton, Pallet Networks Shift : Monday - Friday, Nights Do you have a UK Class 1 CE Licence? If "YES," we want to hear from you! About the Role As a Class 1 Driver, you will: Use curtain side trailer to trunk palletised goods from our Cullompton depot to Pallet Networks hubs in the West Midlands and reload back to Cullompton. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
