Job Description

Pure Staff's Driving Team are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers in Bilston for one of our long-standing customers, a leading UK food manufacturer and distributor. This is consistent, ongoing Thursday/Friday to Monday/Tuesday work, completing 1 to 3 RDC deliveries or collections per shift using refrigerated trailers. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
