Job Description
Ideal Recruit is currently looking for experienced Class 1 (Category CE) Drivers to join our well-established client based in Haydock . This is a guaranteed, ongoing full-time position offering stable work all year round . Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
