Kingston Barnes Industrial is currently looking for a Class 1 Driver to join their team in Caldicot, Monmouthshire. This is a Contract position offering £37k - £44k, ideal for professional drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a well-established operation.

Job Description

HGV 1 agency work in Bristol BS11/BS10/BS2/NP26 HGV 1 trunk runs available, hours range from 8 hours 12 hours per shift, various start times from 01:00 22:00 MUST have held HGV 1 licence for 2 years Potential DBS check needed! This is adhoc agency work, shifts can vary from 3 5/6 per week, with full time work also available. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
