XPO is currently looking for a Class 1 ADR driver to join their team in Crick, Caldicot. This is a Contract position offering £42k - £49k, ideal for professional drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a well-established operation.

Job Description
We are Hiring We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers for our client in Crick This is depot to depot trunking work some manual work included. ADR license is preferred. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday and it is ongoing regular work. The rota is provided up to 4 weeks in advance. Flexible shift start times between 1700 & 2200. Class 1 CE Payrates up to £19.52ph with overtime rate of £23.34ph Class 1 with ADR licence up to £20.28ph with overtime rate of £23.34ph Minimum 6 months …
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
