Job Description The Breakdown Response Agent is responsible for the prompt and effective coordination of reactive maintenance and breakdown incidents during operational hours (currently 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday). Key Responsibilities

• ✓Operate your assigned vehicle safely and in compliance with UK road laws
• ✓Follow all health, safety, and company policies at all times
• ✓Complete vehicle walkaround checks and maintain accurate driving records
• ✓Communicate effectively with your team, dispatch, and customers
• ✓Ensure timely completion of all assigned driving duties
